JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide goog customer service to both walk-in and call-in customers
• Recommend products and service to customers or client
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers 
• Maintain and updates customers record
• Other duties as assigned 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any discipline 
• Preferably those with experience in customer services (IT)
• Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Chinese
• Pleasant personality and customer service/ sales oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Able to work retail hours/weekend/PH to support service center
• Fresh graduates are encourages to apply
