Careers @ Subur Tiasa– Possess SPM qualification or higher. – Minimum 5 years working experience in administering logistics. – Administrative and technical knowledge in shipping is an added advantage. – Possess good leadership and communication skills. – Willing to be based at oil palm plantation.

Job Requirements: 

– Willing to be based in logging camp / oil palm plantation.

Responsibilities: 

-Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of submission for all month-end and ad- hoc reports. 

-Prepare and review quarterly year-end financial reporting statements including notes and disclosure tables within timeline set. 

-Coordinate the annual budget process and review companies’ budget submitted to ensure timely submission for Group consolidation. 

-Check and review financial and management report of the segments / Group. 

-Coordinate the external audit materials for external financial reports. 

-Supervise and ensure high performance motivation and capability improvement. 

Job Requirements: 

-Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting, preferably with CIMA / CPA / ACCA or a member of MIA. 

-Conversant with the reporting standards for corporate financial reporting, corporate taxation, Bursa Malaysia and SC listing and other regulatory requirements. 

-Minimum 5 years of related working experience will be preferred. -Preferably with knowledge in ERP / SAP. 

-Proactive, result-oriented, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

-Willing to be based in Sibu, Sarawak.

Job Responsibilities: 

– Lead the overall direction and leadership of the internal audit function for the organization, providing the value-added analysis on business operations, internal controls and risk management. 

– Improve and implement effective audit programs, objectives, approaches and scope. 

– Report to Audit Committee on audit findings on quarterly basis and when it is required. 

– Work collaboratively with departmental head to ensure corrective action plans are in place and to remedy gaps in control.

– Coordinate, monitor and review the execution of audit procedures including those in support of management''s assessment of internal controls over financial reporting. 

– Communicate findings to top management and issue comprehensive reports. 

– Perform and manage audits and ensure timely completion. 

Job Requirements:
