NOTICE OF 11 IBRACO VACANCIES



1. The NorthBank Club : For Asian Kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

  1. 1st Wok Chef
  • Menu planning
  • Food cost control
  • Responsibilities for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation
  • Organized and supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.

 

  1. 2nd Wok Chef |  3rd Wok Chef/1st Cutter / Chef De Partie  |  2nd Cutter
  • Assist 1st chef to overlook for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation
  • Assist 1st chef supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.

 

*For all the above kitchen related positions, you will be required to work on public holiday, split shift or overtime.

2. The NorthBank Club : Clubhouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily clubhouse management and supervision to ensure all services in the clubhouse are in normal operations including staffing, club membership system, court booking system, collections of fees, members’ care and services, sales and marketing, competitions, maintain club administration records – correspondences, financial records, staff records etc.
  • Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions
  • Perform vendor management and closely monitor vendor's performance; handle contractor administration and service contract renewal
  • Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse
  • Ensure the maintenance and retention of existing customers and develop new ones by providing focused and dedicated customer service
  • Ensure customers service standard are maintained

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years working experience in the sports, hospitality or service line
  • At least 2 years working experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any related field.

3. The NorthBank Club : Front Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clubhouse manager in running an effective front desk operations at Clubhouse.
  • Ensure the front desk team effectively assists in all member enquiries, bookings, complaints and requests.
  • Always identify and assess customers' needs to achieve higher satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure the club/centre facilities & operation are in tip top condition for the comfort and safety of the customers.
  • Liaise with contractor/supplier for work and supplies required for clubhouse upkeeping.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years working experience in the sports, hospitality or service line.
  • At least 1 year working experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Extremely organized/detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Positive working attitudes, self-motivated, highly responsible.

4. The NorthBank Club : Customer Service Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles and manage the day-to-day operation of club/centre.
  • Respond promptly to customers enquiries across all channels (including Email, Voice Call, WhatsApp & Face to Face).
  • Attend to customers over the counter and process facility/activity booking, membership application/renewal, program/lesson registration, payment, lesson schedule and other administrative procedures.
  • Assist customers on their needs and query for programs, lessons or any other club/centre related matters and attend to their needs during their visit to the centre for good and smooth experiences.
  • Always identify and assess customers' needs to achieve higher satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure the club/centre facilities & operation are in tip top condition for the comfort and safety of the customers.
  • Liaise with contractor/supplier for work and supplies required for clubhouse upkeeping.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM and above qualification.
  • Positive working attitudes, self-motivated, highly responsible.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Able to converse in English

5. The NorthBank Club : Sports Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall sports activities, competitions, events and maintenance at the Clubhouse.
  • Ensure the club/centre facilities & operation are in tip top condition for the comfort and safety of the customers.
  • Always identify and assess customers' needs to achieve higher satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer by delivering a great experience to them
  • To be responsible for legal compliance including health, safety and security as appropriate for the role and in line industry best practice in the Sport and Recreation operational areas

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year working experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Fluent in playing badminton, basketball and/or swimming
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of resuscitation, first aide, and CPR/PR techniques.

6. The NorthBank Club : Sports Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall sports activities, competitions, events and maintenance at the Clubhouse.
  • Ensure the club/centre facilities & operation are in tip top condition for the comfort and safety of the customers.
  • Ensure that only authorized coaches are providing coaching services within the Clubhouse grounds.
  • To be responsible for legal compliance including health, safety and security as appropriate for the role and in line industry best practice in the Sport and Recreation operational areas

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above qualification.
  • Fluent in playing badminton, basketball and/or swimming
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of resuscitation, first aid, and CPR/PR techniques.

7. The NorthBank Club : For Western Kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Western Sous Chef
  • Menu planning
  • Food cost control
  • Responsibilities for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation
  • Organized and supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.

 

  1. Junior Sous Chef
  • Cost Control
  • Assist 1st chef to overlook for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation
  • Assist 1st chef supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.

 

  1. Chef De Partie
  • Assist sous chef to overlook for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation
  • Assist sous chef supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.

  1. Service Floor Staff (4 vacancies)
  • Follow up clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation
  • Basic knowledge for beverage and food, product knowledge, customer services skill, safety guideline, team working.

9. Confidential Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide full administrative support to Group Managing
    Director.
  • Maintain Director's time schedule and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries, and claims for the Director.
  • Responsible to take minutes of meetings and ensuring close follow-up on all outstanding tasks after meetings.
  • Organize and maintain the filling system and ensure accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations & organize internal & external events.

Desired Qualifications:

  •  At least a Diploma Advance Diploma Degree in Secretarial or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. (Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage).

10. Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide overall Project Coordination and Project Team Management
  • To monitor Project budgeting and scheduling
  • To liaise with project consultants, contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or
    site matters
  • To perform project risk management to analyse and mitigate potential risks
  • To provide advice and assistance in resolving claims and disputes.

Desired Qualifications:

  •  Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years' relevant experience, preferably in property development.
  • Strong leadership and sound technical knowledge.

11. Senior Architect & Planning Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with Consulting Architect in the preparation of the conceptual design, preliminary drawings and sketches and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation as applicable.
  • To assist to ensure timely approval of drawing submissions from relevant Authorities.
  • To provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any issues that may arise.
  • To coordinate site meetings between various consultants and contractors.
  • Liaison with relevant local Authorities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Architecture, Planning & Design or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with authorities' processes, have good design skill and understanding of contract.
  • Good communication and project management skills, capable of liaising with clients, consultants and Local Authorities.
