Requirements


Technical

1. 1. Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.

2. 2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

3. 3. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

4. 4. Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers/servers.

5. 5. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

6. 6. Performing tests, evaluations and monitoring software and hardware performance.

7. 7. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for any it related Matters / issues / problem.

8. 8. Conducting daily backup operations.

9. 9. Configuring Network System.

10. 10. Designing, managing and coordinating company website for internal and external Publication.

General

1. 11. Preparing and managing Annual Budget for ICT.

11. 12. Liaising and Communicating with service providers (network and system).

2. 13. Implementing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and any other technical documentation for ICT

function.

3. 14. Managing and monitoring ICT equipment movements among the operating units.

4. 15. Managing and providing solutions/recommendations in respect of mitigating the cyber security and any other ICT related

Risks

5. 16. Coordinating and managing specific ICT Projects.

17. Liaising with external and internal Auditor for IT Audit.

18. Supervising ICT staff in carrying out their day to day work

16. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 7 + years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance Linux OS.

• Proficient in database programming and software installation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently

• Posses Valid driving license

• Willing to travel



· IT OFFICER-Based : HQ ( MIRI) / ESTATE (MUKAH)


Responsibilities:

1. 1. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for any it related matters / issues / problem.

2. 2. Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.

3. 3. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

4. 4. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

5. 5. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

6. 6. Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.

7. 7. Carrying out preventive maintenance at all OPU's.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least certificate in IT or equivalent

• 5 + years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance Linux OS.

• Good communication skill

• Possess valid driving license

• Good problem-solving skills

• Willing to travel



· HR EXECUTIVE 

 
Requirements:

R 1. Diploma in Human Resource or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant discipline

3. 2. Familiar with the Sarawak Labour Ordinance and other rules and regulation related to Human Resource

4. 3. Have experience in dealing with Labour Court / Industrial Court matters

5. 4. Other Human Resource matters, eg. succession planning, training and performance appraisal.

6. 5. 3 years of HR related working experience
