Required qualification:
- A professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Engineering (Communication/ Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT) or equivalent.

- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience. Direct experience in system hardware support and helpdesk system operations are an added advantage.

- This position is responsible to provide support, troubleshoot and resolve issues for the University’s surveillance systems (CCTV and door access system) and to ensure the proper functioning of the PABX and UPS system.
- Key responsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, propose, upgrade and resolve issues related to the university’s surveillance and security systems (CCTV and Door access).
- Maintain and monitor the surveillance and security hardware and software to ensure high availability.
- Provide training on the operation, administration and management of the surveillance and door access systems.
- Plan, improve and implement security processes on new security technologies.

- Experience in administering Local Area Network (LAN), Windows server.
