1. Pegawai Tadbir Khas - Recoda
KEY ROLE
- Responsible for providing executive-level administrative, coordination, and governance support to Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth execution of official duties, engagements, and organisational priorities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including oversight of administrative workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of management directives.
- Coordinate daily executive administrative functions, including managing CEO’s work schedule, drafting official correspondence, preparing briefing materials, and managing confidential documentation for Top Management, as well as preparing meeting minutes, management reports, and executive summaries to support high-level meetings, board matters, and organisational reporting requirements.
- Lead the coordination of official travel, high-level meetings, VIP engagements, and corporate events, ensuring alignment with protocol requirements and organisational standards.
- Act as a key liaison officer in managing stakeholder communications, filtering and escalating critical matters to Top Management with appropriate recommendations.
- Manage official communications between Top Management and internal/external parties, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and timely follow-through on strategic matters.
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, and strategic partners on administrative and operational matters to support management decision-making.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by RECODA from time to time.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Accredited Degree in Secretarial, Office Administration, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or in any relevant fields from recognised institutions of higher learning.
- Priority is given to candidates with seven (7) years of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant in previous capacity.
- Ability to engage and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, government officials, and strategic partners at multiple levels.
- Possess exceptional integrity and discretion in handling highly confidential and document and information.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English language both written and spoken.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital coordination tools, with strong capability in preparing executive presentations, reports, and governance documentation.

- Highly committed and responsive in supporting Top Management priorities, including flexibility for urgent or after-hours official matters.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority executive tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
