1. Account Assistant / Office
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial, costing, and budgeting reports within specified deadlines
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Hardworking, positive attitude and responsible character
- Able to travel outstation as and when required
2. Production Shift In-Charge
- Location: Plywood Mill, Sungai Bidut, Sibu
Responsibilities:
- Supervising Production Operation / Overseeing the manufacturing processes and procedures
- Evaluating the production process of each section to maintain optimum efficiency
- Inspecting quality of the products prior to production instruction
- Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor
Requirements:
- Possess at least 5 years relevant working experience at production line in plywood manufacturing
- Good command of spoken and written English/Malay
- Hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to perform shift work
3. Safety & Health Officer
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) and related issues
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Initiate and organize OHS training of employees
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity; stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes
- Prepare safety reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Safety or relevant field
- At least 3 years relevant working experience at manufacturing sector
- Registered as Safety and Health Officer with DOSH (Greenbook holder)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English/BM with good communication skills
4. Safety, Health & Environment Junior Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) of MSPO and related certifications
- Monitor Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies regularly
- Ensure compliance to certifications’ requirements
- Liaise with external health and safety consultants in the provision of training programmes and safety and health services
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Business Administration
- At least 1 year relevant working experience (preferably with experience in SHE, MSPO & oil palm field)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English/BM with good communication skills

5. Oil Palm Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
- To be involved in oil palm operation, will be based in oil palm estate
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and follow instruction
- Positive attitude, hardworking and willing to work at outstation
- Able to write and communicate in basic English and Malay
6. Mechanic Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor scheduled maintenance jobs and stationary mechanical equipment
- Conduct routine technical analysis on machineries in the mill
- Recommend improvement, repairs and modifications for the sustainability of the machineries
- Troubleshoot machinery breakdown
Requirements:
Possess Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in mechanical engineering related area
- Possess relevant experience in plywood manufacturing field will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Fluent in English and BM with good technical report writing skills
7. Oil Mill Management Trainee
Job Description:
- In charge of specific stations in the palm oil milling, including processing, maintenance, housekeeping and modification.
- Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance to ensure that machines are well maintained for optimum operation of the processes and minimise machine failure / down time.
- Maximise product extraction rates, maintaining good quality while minimising product losses.
- Supervise technicians to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and installations of parts and machines.
- Report any mechanical, technical or electrical malfunction and diagnose the arising issue.
- Prepare reports related to production.
Candidate Requirements:
- Provide good career path for fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Individuals with experience with palm oil mill operations will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, hardworking and willing to work at outstation.
- Good command of spoken and written English/BM with good communication skills
- *In-house training will be provided.
8. Field Audit Trainee
Job Description:
- Perform field inspection, follow up the audit issues highlighted and prepare audit report
- Monitor the status of schedule and field work
- Hardworking, positive attitude and responsible character
- Able to travel outstation as and when required
Candidate Requirements:
