2. Electrical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the shift/trouble shooting (related to Electrics) of the entire plant.
• Handle all the modifications, wiring jobs, replacement of motors/coils etc.
• Maintain the field drawings, housekeeping and test equipment.
• Must have basic electrical skills to work (and troubleshoot) motors, Coils, Relays.
• Operates switchgear of 33KV and 6.6KV voltage level.

3. Environmental Engineer

Department / Section : Support Services / HSEQ Category : Executive Position : Environment Engineer Reporting to : Sr Environmental Engineer, QHSSE Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain necessary document related to environmental work and activities (Purchasing documents, Inspection record, report etc)
• Supervise and coordinate site periodic monitoring & inspection with consultants & contractors whenever necessary (Monthly, Quarterly monitoring, and resampling work). All result to be updated and report to Senior Environmental Engineer and Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly inspections, to improve safety and housekeeping of the Instrumentation maintenance team when on shift;

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all electrical maintenance work throughout the plant,
• Assist with Root cause analyses and incident investigations.

• Maintain operation of the furnaces within SOP and limits set by the Production Manager and HOD, Production.

• To design ladle repair operation (SiMn/FeSi/RF)
• To sect proper Refractory materials based on application
• Refractory of ladle (all kinds of brick, asbestos board prepared and purchase planning including goods reached to plant to checking quality)
• To evaluate performance of refractory material (SiMn/FeSi/Sinter/Maintenance .

• To Submit Monthly performance of ladle repair and TR, Feed chute and Duct repair
