JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Collaborating closely with the matrix and line manager, as well as other relevant managers and peers, to establish and review OSH plans, including budgeting, training, and strategic programs.
• Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management System and program at the workplace in compliance with the Company's overall OSH policy, procedure, and guidelines, as well as adhering to national and international standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Secretary for the (EOSH) Environment, Occupational Safety and Health Committee and perform all functions of a Secretary as specified in the Regulations.
• Perform OSH inspection and audit of the workplace, identifying potential hazards and providing recommendations for corrective action. Prepare and submit the OSH inspection and audit report and follow up until completion of the implementation of corrective action arising from the OSH inspection and audit report.
• Investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, or occupational disease that has happened in the place of work, identify the root cause(s), prepare an investigation report, and recommend control measures; and monitor the notification and submission of reports to DOSH and other relevant authority. To follow up until completion of the implementation of recommended control measures and corrective action arising from the accident investigation report.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of workplace OSH performance, accident statistics, and trends, and in close consultation with relevant line managers to develop, review, and enhance OSH policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes ensuring compliance with both technical and legal requirements.
• Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the OSH training programs at the workplace in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and company requirements.
• Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HSSE Excellence programs at the workplace.
• Liaise with officers from the Department of Occupational Safety & Health and other relevant government agencies as and when required.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating OSH data and records and preparing and updating the monthly report on assignments and duties.
• Coach, guide and support junior peers.
• Influence and facilitate a generative HSSE culture and support the cultural change across the organisation.
• Support the integration of OSH strategies with operational and commercial excellence.
SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:
• Perform all tasks in line with the OSH Management System (OSHMS) roles and responsibilities in line with the HSSE Policy, Procedure, and Guidelines.
• The challenges in keeping abreast with all current Occupational Safety and Health legislations, technical and safety standards, and involvement in new technical or engineering developments in the power industry.
• Able to work closely with all Matrix/Line Managers, staff and contractors to gain trust and respect to ensure strong cooperation towards compliance with legal requirements, implementation of safety programmes and fact findings mission during accident investigations.
• Act swiftly and accurately in conducting accident investigations; willingness to travel on short notice; work round the clock to produce credible findings and reports.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant working experience or

IT–OT Operations LeadershipLead and manage the technical team supporting SEB Power on IT-OT related matters, providing direction, prioritisation, and oversight to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing operations.
Lead primary support for Generation OT Network, Generation Control Center Network, OT Private Cloud system, and alternative support to the other IT-OT systems.
Accountable for operation enforcement, monitoring and compliance OT Security aligned to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 62443 standards.
Collaborate with the business to ensure OT security requirements are implemented, monitored and sustained in operations.
IT–OT System Governance & AssuranceEstablish and enforce governance of IT–OT integration in production environment including clear definition, documentation, and governance of all interfaces between OT and external networks.
Provide technical oversight of data communication architectures in operations across OT and IT systems, ensuring secure technology selection, data flows, and system interoperability.
Establish and maintain clear ownership and accountability structure for IT equipment, systems and applications in the OT environment.

Operations, Lifecycle Management & Incident ResponseLead and coordinate secure lifecycle management activities, including system upgrades, patching, and deployment of IT security technologies within OT environments. Owns the final acceptance authority for service transition from engineering.

Technical Leadership & ExecutionLead the end-to-end technical implementation of Integrated IT-OT convergence projects jointly with the business (e.g., sensor-to-private cloud data pipelines, SCADA modernization, IIoT deployments).
Manage the Integrated IT-OT engineering tasks including the backlog.
Managing the resources to meet Integrated IT-OT project milestones and operational tasks.
Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team on integration patterns, code reviews, configuration, and troubleshooting of Integrated IT-OT devices and systems.

CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:
The Integrated IT-OT Engineering Manager is a pivotal role within the IT-OT Convergence Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for driving the technical design, integration, and deployment of solutions that unify Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems.
This role combines engineering expertise in both domains to enable seamless data flow, automation, and innovation while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. The Integrated IT-OT Engineering Manager oversees cross-functional engineering teams, bridging the gap between IT software/cloud platforms and OT hardware/industrial systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, IoT sensors).
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or any other equivalent majors.
Professional Certifications (Highly Desirable):Technical: AWS Certified Developer/Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure IoT Developer, data center hosting and cloud related certifications, data networking related certification, cyber security related certifications.
OT: Relevant vendor certifications (Siemens, Rockwell, GE, ABB and etc).Good Hands-On OT Expertise:Protocols: Must have deep, practical experience with OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP/IP, and others.
Systems: Must have hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting PLCs, DCS/SCADA/HMI systems, and network devices.Deep Hands-On IT Expertise:Proven technical leadership track record in managing integrated end to end networking environment that consists of network routing, switching, security and telecommunications, with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Cloud & Data: experience data center infrastructure setup, with cloud IoT platforms ( AWS IoT Greengrass/Azure IoT Edge), IoT Hub, and data services (Time Series Insights, Kinesis).
APIs & DevOps: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with DevOps principles and tools is a plus.
Programming/Scripting: High proficiency in Python (paramount) for building integrations and automation. Knowledge of Java, C#, or Node.js is a plus.Security Mindset: Practical understanding of OT security practices (network segmentation, hardening).
Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum/ITIL methodologies with, PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
