- Assist in the execution of internal audit assignments in accordance with the Annual Internal Audit Plan, as well as ad-hoc reviews, within established timeline.
- Perform audit procedures to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes.
- Assess compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations and the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information.
- Identify control gaps, develop practical recommendations and engage with stakeholders to drive corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare clear, concise and well-documented audit reports and working papers that provide value-added insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging risks in internal auditing.
- Undertake any other assignments or responsibilities as required by the Internal Audit function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA or equivalent are an added advantage.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing, with exposure to operational, financial or compliance audits. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is highly desirable. To support effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel both locally and internationally across the Group’s operations, as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company KPIs
- Ensure all invoices are properly supported with approvals
- Resolve invoice-related matters with the purchasing team
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers and end-users from other departments
2) Vendor Reconciliation
- Perform monthly vendor reconciliations by SOA and investigate outstanding differences
- Follow up on updated SOAs
- Follow up on missing invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- Ensure vendor accounts are accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain proper records of reconciliation schedules and supporting documents
3) Monthly Report
- Prepare and review monthly GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of liabilities
- Follow up with vendors and purchasers on outstanding GRNI items and unreceived invoices
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as required by management
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing at least 2 to 3 subordinates
- Mature, responsible and adaptable with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia - we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

3. Accounts Officer
Location : Shah Alam, SelangorAccounts Officers/Clerks (Accounting)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoice payments accurately and on time
- Process urgent payments, including cash advances and staff reimbursements
- Upload payment transactions through the bank portal
- Liaise with vendors to provide updates on payment status
- Maintain proper documentation to support payment approvals
- Review and monitor vendor ageing reports on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or finance, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
